Scenario Overview:
You are an army field medic, you are on the front-line and one of your team mates gets shot in the leg and they fall from 10 meters on a ledge. You come over to the casualty and they are unconscious but breathing and they have a severe bleed on their leg from the Gunshot Wound (GSW)

How the scenario should progress:
You should assess the casualty using DRCABC. You see that there is a severe bleed on their left leg and they have fallen from ten meters so you are looking at a possible spinal injury. You put the casualty onto a spinal board and apply pressure to the wound.
Patient 1:
Name: John Smith    Age: 27    Sex: Male
Medication: levetiracetam, epinephrine (epi-pen)
Allergies: Latex, Wasp Stings
Past medical/family/social history: Epilepsy, Anaphylaxis
Findings on examination: Patient is unconscious but breathing. They have an injury to their C3 spine, they are bleeding severely from their gunshot wound on their lower left leg.
Possible treatment from first aiders: Follow DRABC, approach patient from behind when following DRABC because suspected spinal injury, place patient on a spinal board, transport them to hospital and apply pressure to their gunshot wound
